At MUNART, every piece is thoughtfully inspected before it leaves our studio. Each jewellery piece undergoes a 4-Level Quality Check to ensure it meets our standards of quality and finish.

No Returns or Replacements

As our pieces are carefully checked and packed before dispatch, MUNART does not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or replacements.

We encourage you to review the product details, images, size and specifications carefully before placing your order.

In the Rare Event of Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear images of the product and packaging. An unboxing video is recommended.

Our team will review the concern and, if the issue is verified as transit-related, determine the appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
